Make a service report

We want you to enjoy your decorations and lighting to the fullest. That is why we think it is important that you report to us when service is needed. We will then come up with a suitable solution as soon as possible. This way you can report all types of lighting failure to us at any time of the day. You can do this via the service form below.

In order to help you as well and as quickly as possible, it is important to:

• To state what, in your opinion, is the cause of the service notification. For example: a pulled plug, collision damage, vandalism, a malfunction or out-of-order time clocks.
• Any photos and/or videos can be uploaded via the button in the service form.
• Make the report as clear as possible. The more carefully you fill out the form, the better we can help you.
