(Junior) Account Manager

What does your day look like?
As a (Junior) Account Manager, you work closely together with customers and colleagues to ensure our atmospheric projects run smoothly from A to Z. You are the point of contact for your accounts and ensure a perfect customer journey - from first acquaintance to after-sales. Some of your tasks:
- Advising clients and thinking along with them about creative, atmospheric solutions;
- Conducting site visits and gathering input for tailor-made proposals;
- Preparing quotations together with our inside sales department;
- Record and follow up customer appointments in our system (Pipedrive);
- Keeping in touch with the client during all phases of the project;
- Carry out post-delivery evaluations and ensure a long-term relationship.
